Important! 

  • All prices listed in the price list are net prices, excluding VAT 23%.

  • Services paid for by debiting the beneficiary’s account in the incubator are exempt from VAT. In these cases, 23% is not added to the cost.VAT.

Subscription

450 PLN

  • Accounting and personnel records management (including payroll) — for one organized part of the enterprise (ZCP) with one employee.

  • Maintenance of one bank account in PLN.

  • Issuing up to 10 invoices (sales) with direct payments (1:1).

  • Maintenance of one civil law contract for work (1 certificate of completion, 1 payment of remuneration to a specialist, calculation of VAT/PIT taxes, one hour of financial and administrative consulting on issues related to activities within the incubation program).

    Important:     Consultations are provided by communication managers and cover administrative, legal, and tax aspects within the scope of the managers’ competencies.
    Subscription payment:
    The subscription fee is charged monthly by automatic debit from the beneficiary’s bank account in the incubator. No VAT is charged. If there are insufficient funds in the account, the incubator issues a pro forma invoice +23% VAT.

Activation

500 PLN

  • Preparation of the initial set of documents (civil law contract, cooperation agreement, personal file (in paper and electronic versions), RODO)

  • Opening a bank account in Polish zlotys (PLN)

  • Preparation of a contract with the Customer (the contract is drawn up without the possibility of making changes)

  • Entering information into the customer file

Additional payment

80 PLN

The service includes calculation and payment to the beneficiary with preparation of a settlement document (act/invoice) and payment in Polish zlotys (PLN).

Additionally:
When paying in a currency other than PLN, a surcharge of PLN 80 is charged for each transaction to cover exchange rate and bank commission costs..

Provision of transaction history

50 PLN

Provision of a single transaction history or a single bank statement for remuneration to beneficiaries.

Important: bank statements are generated as monthly files.

Additional bank account

50 PLN

Each organized part of the enterprise (ZCP) receives one dedicated bank account in PLN currency as part of the subscription fee. For each additional dedicated bank account (in PLN or another currency), 50 PLN net is added to the subscription fee.

Important: There is no charge for opening an additional bank account..

Account access service

50 PLN

The beneficiary can check their account balance through the bank’s mobile app.
Access is “view only” and lets them keep an eye on their money without being able to do anything with it.

Issuance of certificates

100 PLN

Upon request of the beneficiary, the following documents are provided: income statements, certificates confirming employment, and other documents related to participation in the incubation program..

Important: The price includes a 1-page document. References and certificates are issued upon prior request and are prepared based on the incubator’s available data and competencies.

CFR-1 Certificate

350 PLN

Preparation and support in submitting an application for a tax residency certificate.

Important:

  • The specified cost does not include state fees and payment for powers of attorney.
  • If the application is submitted by mail, the service includes preparing the application and sending it to the relevant Uzhond.

Legal services

350 PLN / 1 hour

What’s included:

  • Legal support relating to incubation and beneficiary activities.

  • The cost is determined individually based on a preliminary assessment of the scope and number of hours required before the order is fulfilled.

  • If the agreed limit of hours is exceeded, an additional invoice will be issued for payment in excess of the limit.

Important:

The service is provided exclusively within the scope of activities carried out in the incubator.
