Price list of main services for legalization of stay in Poland

Important!

  • The prices listed do not include government fees and power of attorney fees..
  • All prices listed in the price list are net amounts, excluding value added tax (VAT 23%).

  • Services paid for by debiting the beneficiary’s account in the incubator are exempt from VAT. In these cases, 23% VAT is not added to the cost.

Temporary residence and work permit

from 2300 PLN net

  • Collection and verification of documents for foreigner’s residence.

  • Organization of personal appearance at the Authority to submit documents for temporary residence (as agreed between the parties).

  • Preparation of documents required in connection with the chosen main purpose of stay in Poland.

  • Personal presence of a legalization specialist during a visit to the Authority.

  • Preparation of documents in accordance with the written request of the Authority.

  • Timely updating of documents in the case file.

  • Correspondence with the Authority regarding the issuance of a temporary residence and work permit to a foreign citizen.

  • Organization of obtaining a decision (“decyzja”).

Additionally:

  • For children under 6 years of age, the cost of the service is 50% of the basic price.

  • Warsaw:
    ▪ Submission of documents and receipt of a decision/card with the assistance of a specialist on the appointed day is included in the price.
    ▪If the client misses the appointed date for receiving the decision through no fault of UnityHub, additional support will be charged as an extra service (see price list).

  • Travel by a specialist to other cities (outside Warsaw) is charged separately, according to the current price list for extra services.

Residence card on the basis of work

from 3400 PLN net

  • Collection and verification of documents for foreigner’s residence.

  • Organization of personal appearance at the Authority to submit documents for temporary residence (as agreed between the parties).

  • Preparation of documents required in connection with the chosen main purpose of stay in Poland.

  • Personal presence of a legalization specialist during a visit to the Authority.

  • Preparation of documents in accordance with the written request of the Authority.

  • Timely updating of documents in the case file.

  • Correspondence with the Authority regarding the issuance of a temporary residence and work permit to a foreign citizen.

  • Organization of obtaining a decision (“decyzja”).

Additionally:

  • If legalization of stay is required, UnityHub beneficiaries are required to go through the procedure only through the incubator structure.

Blue Card

from 3700 PLN net

  • Collection and verification of documents for foreigner’s residence.

  • Organization of personal appearance at the Authority to submit documents for temporary residence (as agreed between the parties).

  • Preparation of documents required in connection with the chosen main purpose of stay in Poland.

  • Personal presence of a legalization specialist during a visit to the Authority.

  • Preparation of documents in accordance with the written request of the Authority.

  • Timely updating of documents in the case file.

  • Correspondence with the Authority regarding the issuance of a temporary residence and work permit to a foreign citizen.

  • Organization of obtaining a decision (“decyzja”).

Additionally:

  • The minimum gross remuneration required for the granting of a Blue Card may not be less than the equivalent of 150% of the average salary in the national economy for the year preceding the application, as announced by the President of the Central Statistical Office.

Permanent residence / EU residency

from 4000 PLN net

  • Collection and verification of documents for foreigner’s residence.

  • Organization of personal appearance at the Authority to submit documents for temporary residence (as agreed between the parties).

  • Preparation of documents required in connection with the chosen main purpose of stay in Poland.

  • Personal presence of a legalization specialist during a visit to the Authority.

  • Preparation of documents in accordance with the written request of the Authority.

  • Timely updating of documents in the case file.

  • Correspondence with the Authority regarding the issuance of a temporary residence and work permit to a foreign citizen.

  • Organization of obtaining a decision (“decyzja”)

Additionally:

  • In the case of EU Resident status, a mandatory legal consultation with a preliminary analysis of the documents provided is carried out before the procedure begins. The cost of document analysis and consultation (up to two hours): PLN 700 (net). If the time spent increases, the cost of each additional hour is PLN 350 (net).

  • Warsaw:

Citizenship

from 5000 PLN net

Change of Decyzja

  • The cost of changing the decision (zmiana decyzji) is equal to the cost of the full procedure for the selected purpose of stay.

Services related to the legalization procedure:

Outbound support

600 PLN net

  • Travel of a specialist to another city (except Warsaw) for personal presence during a visit to the Authority to submit an application or receive a decision (decyzja) on the case and card.

Additionally:

  • In Warsaw, submitting documents and receiving a decision/card with the assistance of a specialist on the appointed day is included in the cost of the service.

Acceleration in issuing decisions/plastic card

1000 PLN net

  • Preparation and submission of a letter to the Authority describing the circumstances justifying the acceleration of the case consideration/decision issuance/plastic card.

Additionally:

  • Documents that can confirm the reason for expediting are provided by the client.
  • Preparation is carried out without consultation and without legal analysis. If necessary, consultation is paid separately according to the price list for legal consultation.
  • Sending a letter doesn’t guarantee a positive decision from the Acceleration Authority.
  • The service involves sending one letter within the scope of one case.
  • If it is necessary to analyze the situation/consultation and collect non-standard sets of documents, it is paid separately according to the price list for legal consultation.

Draft message in Urząd

350 PLN net

  • Preparation of a draft notification to the provincial administration regarding the termination of work, in accordance with legal requirements.

Additionally:

  • Preparation is carried out without consultation and without legal analysis. If necessary, consultation is paid separately – at an hourly rate. Cost with delivery by post (with the client’s signature) to the provincial office in Warsaw – 700 PLN net.

Appeal

Individually

Appeal against a negative decision of the provincial administration in a legalization case.

  • The price is equal to the cost of the initial procedure for a similar category of application (e.g., residence card), the cost of which is determined individually, depending on the complexity of the case..

Accounting consultation

from PLN 350/hour net

  • Financial/accounting consulting.

  • The cost is determined individually based on a preliminary assessment of the scope and number of hours required to complete the order.

Important:

If the agreed limit of hours is exceeded, an additional invoice will be issued for payment in excess of the limit.

Legal consultation

from 350 PLN/hour net

  • Legal and administrative advice in the field of immigration law.

  • The cost is determined individually based on a preliminary assessment of the scope and number of hours required to complete the order..

Legal services

Certificates:

  • Certificate of no tax arrears (US/ZUS)
    Cost: 350 PLN net

  • Certificate of no criminal record (KRK – National Court Register)
    Cost: 350 PLN net

  • Tax residency certificate (CFR-1)
    Cost: 350 PLN net

  • ZUS A1 certificate (from the Social Insurance Administration in Poland)
    Cost: 500 PLN net

What is included in the price:

  • Preparation and support for electronic application for a certificate.

Important:

  • The price does not include state fees and payment for powers of attorney.
  • If the application is submitted by mail, the service includes preparing the application and sending it to the appropriate Uzhond.
